The Inside Line initiated, developed and successfully delivered the MSA British Rally Elite training scheme - the national programme for the top young British rally drivers and co-drivers supported by the Motor Sports Association, the governing body of motorsport in the UK.

The scheme prepares competitors with the skills necessary to compete at the highest level, and training is focused on the factors that make the difference between champions and the rest.

It features individually-tailored sport science elements covering:

  • sport psychology
  • sport physiology
  • fitness
  • nutrition
  • injury prevention
  • strength & conditioning

These areas are combined with training on key skills essential for performers in modern motorsport - including media interview technique, sponsorship and business development, career progression, and marketing and PR.

All training instructors and coaches are experts in their field, and their experience can be called upon to develop not only the skills of competitors in any motorsport discipline, but also the world of business.
