Cloud9 Clinches Deal with AT&T Williams
The world’s leading personal aviation company Cloud9 has landed a deal with the AT&T Williams team to become the exclusive aviation provider to the Grand Prix outfit.
The two-year partnership will see the Edinburgh-headquartered firm launch the AT&T Williams Grand Prix Experience, an exclusive package that will allow invited guests to travel by private jet to selected Grands Prix, complete with the finest cuisine and in-flight service, chauffeur transfers and the very best Formula One experience in the AT&T Williams hospitality suite.
The AT&T Williams Grand Prix Experience will also provide bespoke concierge support, with the opportunity to take advantage of other additional services in a tailored package personalised to each customer.
The exclusive weekend with AT&T Williams will be available at ten locations in 2010, starting from the race in Barcelona, Spain, on May 7-9. It will then be available at every race location during the 2011 season.
With the first race of the new season taking place in Bahrain this weekend Cloud9 and AT&T Williams are expecting a surge of interest in their new package and will be taking bookings from Monday (March 15).
Cloud9, based in the UK with an expanding presence in North America, has an established presence in the personal aviation market, where it prides itself on superb levels of service to celebrity, music industry and corporate clients such as Hollywood A-lister Kevin Costner.
In addition to its work in the global music and sport industries Cloud9 is also looking to expand its customer base in the leisure and tourism industry, in particular with incoming visitors to Scotland looking to take advantage of the country’s unbeatable recreational opportunities.
CEO Andrew Mason commented:
“We are delighted to form this important and unique relationship with AT&T Williams. What better way to enjoy this exciting sport than the opportunity to travel in VIP style and be part of each race from the moment you take-off. With a fantastic itinerary for each selected race, this will be a wonderful opportunity for Cloud9 and the AT&T Williams team to work together and deliver a truly unique experience for those who wish to enjoy a Grand Prix in style.”
Frank Williams, the AT&T Williams Team Principal said:
“The agreement with Cloud9 offers a whole new level of service to our guests, a completely immersive AT&T Williams experience from stepping on the aircraft to arriving home after a race. I believe this will provide another level of differentiation that will be appealing to a new market of consumers with an interest in Formula One.”
